  • Design and ship AI products end to end: product model, UX, full-stack implementation, deployment, and production support.
  • Built Do Not Remind Me, a six-language scheduling assistant that turns voice or text into Google Calendar events and passed Google OAuth Data Access verification.
  • Built Memteg, a personal knowledge assistant with LLM tagging and summarisation, semantic search, transcription, and automatic note linking; it runs in closed production on my own infrastructure.
  • Designed and deployed Unitkon, a Telegram-native storefront, then changed direction when the first retention hypothesis did not hold.
  • Built Make Me Chart and Piedog for editable chart creation and SVG export, including a rendering API for Figma workflows.
  • Handled production failures: traced 74 failed background jobs to an API contract change, fixed a webhook race condition, and reduced noisy LLM output with confidence scoring.

  • Owned design in billing and checkout: payment forms, subscriptions, offers, limits, experiments, and rollout support across several teams.
  • Was Project Manager of record and Product Designer for a 38-week migration across four billing teams; closed a 15-year-old payment form with no conversion loss.
  • Designed and ran a payment-button A/B test on 164,030 users: first payments +5.4%, paid users +4.78%, trials +4.46%, and successful submits +3.67%.
  • Researched with 29 people across six user groups and designed one reusable limits component for eight flows; average task time roughly halved and the publishing cycle fell from about a month to one sprint.
  • Redesigned payment operations and fraud review interfaces with bulk actions, configurable views, and saved filters for high-volume internal work.
  • Adapted checkout logic and UI for VAT and country-specific tax ID rules in Canada and Latin America.
  • Built checkout funnel analysis from GA4 events in BigQuery to find step-level drop-off.
